Guam - Despite calls for re-negotiations of the Government of Guam's health insurance plan for the coming fiscal year, the territory's insurance commissioner, John Camacho, says the new plan has already been reviewed and approved. He added that while he understands consumers are concerned about the increasing cost of health insurance on the island, Camacho says rates around the nation are going up, as well.
