Guam resident to lead DNC's regional outreach

Guam - A Guam resident is making a name for herself, being tapped to lead the Democratic National Committee as the director of Asian-American and Pacific Islander Outreach.  Naomi Tacuyan Underwood was selected for her grassroots experience and strategic political communication skills. 

Underwood previously served as the deputy director of APIAVote and was selected as a campaign fellow for America's Opportunity Fund.   She was also named by the Filipina Women's Network as one of the 100 most influential Filipina women in the United States.
