Guam - The Record of Decision on the Guam/CNMI military buildup is online, having been finally posted to GuamBuildupEIS.us

In the meantime, the Guam Legislature is holding a press conference today to provide their reaction to the document, as well they are planning a rally on the ROD for next Friday.
