Guam - The public will have an opportunity tomorrow to provide comments on a plan of action submitted by the federal management team appointed to oversee the government's compliance with an amended permanent injunction. The plan, which costs $25 million to implement, was approved recently by District Court Judge Consuelo Marshall.
It includes the construction of the center, a facility that's been touted as a proposed one stop shop for the care and treatment of individuals with disabilities. The briefing will be held at the Oasis Empowerment Center beginning at 9 in the morning on Saturday.
