Guam - Island residents should know by tomorrow whether they'll see an increase in water bills come October 1. The Public Utilities Commission is scheduled to meet this evening to go over additional documentation that was provided by the Guam Waterworks Authority.
The agency is hoping the Commission will approve a planned 8% increase as part of its five-year rate plan. A decision was postponed after the PUC requested additional information to determine whether the increase is justified or whether it should be modified.
