Guam - The Academy of Our Lady of Guam is hosting seminar presentations next week on anti-bullying.  Academy president Sister Frances Jerome Cruz says they invited the author of the bestseller "Please Stop Laughing at Me", Jodee Blanco, to share her experiences, as she was a victim of bullying.

The workshop will begin on Monday for the students at the school to learn tips on how to handle and overcome bullying.  Sr. Frances said the event will be an opportunity, "to talk to our students who are victims or instigators of bullying and our faculty and staff and our parents who are very important because they are the primary educators of our young people."

The workshops will also be held throughout the week at Bishop Baumgartner as well as Saint Anthony Catholic School. The public is invited to the workshop on Thursday, September 2 from 6-7:30 pm at the Academy Auditorium in Hagatna.
