Man arrested for stalking woman with gun

Guam - 42-year-old Steven Rabago was arrested for allegedly using a handgun to keep a woman he knew from leaving a Yigo residence. Preliminary reports show that Rabago showed up at her work and home, threatening her.

He was charged with terrorizing, stalking, felonious restraint, reckless conduct, and family violence.
