Guam - The long-awaited Islandwide Village Cleanup Project spearheaded by the Mayors Council of Guam should start rolling through your village sometime soon. After clearing hurdles at the Guam Environmental Protection Agency and with an account finally created for the program within the Department of Administration, the effort should start next week beginning in the village of Santa Rita.

According to a media release from Senator Tina Muna Barnes' office, the project spans nine months with teams operating in the north, central and southern parts of Guam.
