Guam - BNS Achurd was arrested for his involvement in a hit-&-run, not having a valid driver's license, and operating an unauthorized vehicle this past Saturday. Achurd left the scene with injuries and the police did not report whether or not the victim suffered injuries as well.
The victim said Achurd failed to yield when turning left from the center lane of Route 8 in front of San Jose Market in Maite, causing the collision.
