Guam - District Court of Guam Chief Judge Frances Tydingco-Gatewood has granted the motions to dismiss filed by three police officers who were accused of verbally and physically assaulting a woman while responding to a harassment complaint two years ago.  However, this doesn't necessarily mean the case is exactly over - the chief judge also granted a motion allowing the plaintiff to amend her complaint.

Gillian Hardman is suing the Guam Police Department for $300,000 in damages, as well as full and complete compensatory damages to be proven at trial, as well as the cost of the lawsuit and attorneys' fees and legal expenses. Her first amended complaint must be filed with the court by August 19.
