Guam - One of the men arrested earlier this month for possession of the drug Ice was employed at the Guam Homeland Security and Office of Civil Defense. Homeland Administrator Chuck Ada confirms that 44-year-old David Flores Castro was holding a government job with the agency.
Ada says Castro was immediately terminated following his arrest. Castro along with Charles Pinaula, Jr. and Horace Westfall were arrested after police pulled them over and then noticed them trying to throw the drugs out the window.
