Guam - The First Lady is hoping to influence the younger generation to go green through gardening. Joann Camacho went the Department of Youth Affairs and the Guma San Jose Homeless Shelter in Dededo to create the newest people's garden earlier this week. She says it's a good way to encourage the community to have a healthy diet of fruits and vegetables

"I think it's important especially here at DYA is for our children on how to do it and why we should do this rather than go out and buy it. They can grow it themselves and be able to feed themselves," Camacho told KUAM News.
