Guam - A wreath-laying ceremony was held this morning at the Asan Bay Overlook to remember the lives sacrificed during World War II. Island leaders and service members gathered to recognize the more than 16,000 soldiers, Marines and civilians whose names are on the memorial's bronze wall.
U.S. Naval Forces of Korea Rear Admiral Peter Gumataotao was the keynote speaker of the ceremony.
