Annual Fitness Fair hosted by GPO

Guam - Paradise Fitness Center held its annual Fitness Fair today at the Guam Premier Outlets. General Manager Levonne Guerrero says paradise invited various organizations in the community to help promote a healthy lifestyle for all.

"The should get involved to live a healthy and fit lifestyle, not just for themselves but also for their families," she explained.  "With companies and corporations, when you have your employees come out and exercise and get fit, you get a healthier and fit workforce."

Paradise also held Zumba and cycling demonstrations. Dr. Thomas Shieh additionally conducted free 4-D ultrasounds.

Other organizations taking part today include the Karidat program from Catholic Social Service, Ross Hearing Aids, the American Cancer Society, the Guam Diabetes Association, Public Health, and Curves.
