Guam - Joint Guam Program Office's Executive Director David Bice agrees a liaison from his office be assigned to meet monthly with the Legislature's Office of Finance and Budget. The request came from Senator Ben Pangelinan, who chairs the Committee on Appropriations.

The lawmaker wrote a letter to Bice, requesting for the liaison to provide budgetary and programming information associated with the buildup.  Bice in his response letter requested the Office of Economic Adjustment investigate the implementation of the liaison position, which would provide information to assist with Government of Guam revenue projections and collections resulting from buildup projects.
