Guam - The Guam Election Commission will meet tonight to allow candidates to draw numbers to determine their placement on the upcoming Decision 2010 Primary Election ballot. During last night's meeting all the candidates that filed their paperwork were certified to run - with the exception of Alan Salas and Amanda Santos, both of whom failed to garner the required amount of signatures necessary to qualify.

Likewise, GEC board members approved the ballot format which sticks with democrats appearing on the left of the ballot and republicans on the right.
