Guam - Another complaint has been filed against Guam Police Department Captain Mark Charfauros. According to GPD Spokesperson Officer A.J. Balajadia, the complaint was filed at the Tamuning Precinct and is currently under investigation.  Although he could not provide specific details, multiple sources confirm the complaint was filed by Officer Kevin Guerrero stemming from an incident that occurred at a fundraiser held Friday night at Ralphy's Lounge in East Hagatna.

This is the second complaint filed against Charfauros by Guerrero. Last month he filed a complaint for harassment and official misconduct after an incident in Agana Heights. Prior to Guerrero's complaint Captain Kim Santos, formerly of the Criminal Investigation Division, filed a harassment complaint against Charfauros.

Guerrero worked under Santos when she was in charge of CID, both were transferred out of the division when then Acting Chief of Police Ric Leon Guerrero took over.
