Guam - The soothing sounds of Jacob Pablo singing down in Hagatna earlier today made for enjoyable entertainment for some of the campers who are lining up waiting to make their reservation for the Liberation Parade route. Starting early tomorrow at 8am the Department of Parks & Recreation will begin accepting applications.
As with last year's parade both sides of the Marine Corps Drive will be permitted. Reservations are on a first come/first serve basis. The fee is $50 per space payable upon registration. Only one permit will be issued per adult applicant after showing proof of valid identification.
