Staffer demands apology from federal team

by Mindy Aguon

Guam - A Step II Grievance was filed with the Department of Mental Health by Psychiatric Technician I Dolores San Nicolas, who is seeking a formal apology from the federal management team.  The grievance was submitted to the District Court for Judge Consuelo Marshall's review.

San Nicolas claims that Jack Casey told her she had no common sense and failed to follow her orders.  She also said that Attorney James Casey called her a "chronic complainer" during a staff meeting.  Believing she has been marked for termination, she filed a grievance noting the insults and conduct of the management team.

A meeting was requested to take place, but Casey has yet to issue a response.  KUAM News contacted Casey for comment today, but did not receive a return call.
