Woman, 20, jailed for Dededo accident

Guam - A 20-year-old Dededo woman is behind bars after she lost control of her vehicle early Wednesday morning and hit an abandoned home. Alexis Renee Aflague was charged with driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content over .08, no driver's license, 2 counts reckless, driving with injuries, and DUI with injuries.

Investigators responded to the crash on Carnation Road across Macheche Mart in Dededo at 3am Wednesday. The accident resulted in a 25-year-old man being admitted to the surgical ward of the Guam Memorial Hospital, where he was treated for his injuries.

He was last reported in stable condition. Aflague was booked and confined.
