Guam - Tomorrow legislation that would make it illegal to possess the drug known as "Spice" and salvia divinorum will go up for a public hearing.  The legislation was introduced by Senator Frank Blas, Jr. People who use either substance generally experience hallucinations, as well as feel changes in visual perception, mood, and body sensations.

Unlike marijuana, salvia and Spice are sold over the counter.  Tomorrow's hearing on Bill 396 gets underway at 5:30pm in the Legislature's Public Hearing Room in Hagatna.
