Woman arrested for Piti crash

Guam - A 19-year-old woman from Merizo was arrested in connection to Sunday's serious auto bicycle crash that occurred in Piti that left a 24-year-old man military servicemember in serious condition. According to Guam Police Department Spokesperson Officer A.J. Balajadia, Stephanie Kristin Herring was arrested on charges of DUI, DUI with .08% blood alcohol content, DUI with Injuries, DUI with .08% with injuries, and reckless driving and reckless driving with injuries.

Herring was driving a Mazda 3 Sedan Sunday morning when she struck the bicyclist, who was transported to Naval Hospital.
