Guam - The Guam Police Department's Criminal Investigation Division is conducting more interviews with individuals who were near Tanguisson on Sunday evening, when 9-year-old Brandon Evangelista fell off a car and was run over.  The boy's mother, Rose Marie Evangelista; his godmother, Theodora Hernandez; and two others were arrested after allegedly giving police conflicting statements about what happened.

Police say Brandon and his sister were riding on the trunk of their mother's car when the boy fell off and was run over by a car driven by Hernandez.

The two women are being held on $50,000 bail while Roy Cruz, Jr. and Roy Cruz, Sr. are being held on $5,000 bail.  CID agents have been conducting interviews for the last two days and more arrests may be pending.
