Guam - Vice-Speaker of the 30th Guam Legislature B.J. Cruz spoke out about the recent actions of the Guam Police Department in executing a search warrant at the KUAM Studios.  Simply put, he wrote that he feels Police Chief Paul Suba should be replaced with a new leader "who will not only respect our most fundamental freedoms, but will also conduct himself in a manner that fosters confidence by residents and the men and women tasked to preserve and protect our community".

Cruz wrote in a letter to Governor Felix Camacho, "Attention locally and now nationally is largely on the appropriateness and constitutionality of the search warrant. What seems ignored is the conduct and apparent carelessness of the department's existing leadership".
