Guam - 33-year-old Vincent Luis Hocog Cruz was sentenced to 10 years and 8 months behind bars in the U.S. District Court of Guam this week. Cruz was found guilty in October 2008 for possession of methamphetamine hydrochloride with the intent to distribute. Cruz will serve 4 years of supervised release after he completes his sentence.
Karon Johnson prosecuted the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force case with the assistance of special agents from the Drug Enforcement Administration.
