Guam High senior to attend West Point

Guam - Congresswoman Madeleine Bordallo announced that Guam resident Michael Anthony Tougher IV has been appointed to the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, New York. He is a 2010 graduate of Guam High School and will join the Class of 2014 at Army. 

He is the son of Michael Tougher III and Wendy Tougher from the village of Maite. Congresswoman Bordallo nominated Tougher to West Point.
