Naval Hospital commander speaks to Rotarians

Guam - U.S. Naval Hospital Commanding Officer Captain David Miller will be the guest speaker at today's Rotary Club of Northern Guam meeting today.  Miller is expected to discuss the construction of the new Navy hospital and the new veteran affairs clinic, set to open its doors soon. 

The Rotary meeting is scheduled for noon at the Hyatt today.
