Guam - The Department of Education has announced a request for proposal for a third-party fiduciary agent. DOE Deputy Superintendent of Finance Taling Taitano says they have received a list of possible firms from USDOE to take on the job.
She adds that they are also providing the opportunity to local businesses, who can now review the packet online. DOE must have an agent in place in order for the feds to release the remaining federal funds.
