Guam - Michael Hahm and Brian Suhr have filed motions to dismiss civil suits filed against them by Hana Bank and Mirae Assets. The two companies allege the two in their official capacities for Hanom Investments and Access Ypao and their former roles at South Pacific Petroleum Corporation failed to pay back millions of dollars they obtained to purchase prime land on Guam.
Hanom investments and Access Ypao intended to use the money to construct the Twin Towers development near Ypao Beach and the Talo Vista Condominium and Commercial Space Development Project.
The motions to dismiss are scheduled to be argued on Thursday in the District Court.
