Guam - A request for proposal for a performance management contract that will help the Port Authority of Guam with its operations goes out today. The RFP will be out for 60 days and board chairman Monte Mesa says the contract will help the Port improve productivity and efficiency.
This is separate from a program management team contract that is pending award by the Maritime Administration to help the agency execute the master plan for modernization. Mesa says the PMT contract will be executed after the initial $50 million is identified possibly in federal funding.
