Guam - The Port Authority will put out a request for proposal on Monday for a performance management contract that will help the agency with its operations. The RFP will be out for 60 days and board chair Monte Mesa says the contract will help the Port improve productivity and efficiency.
This is separate from a program management team contract that is pending award by the Maritime Administration to help the agency execute the master plan for modernization. Mesa says the PMT contract will be executed after the initial $50,000,000 is identified possibly in federal funding.
