Guam - As part of a nationwide anti-terrorism and fleet protection effort, a solid curtain exercise, also known as Citadel Shield 2010, will be conducted beginning Wednesday through Friday. The annual exercise is designed to enhance the readiness of security personnel. Residents can expect to experience increased traffic around the base and delays to base access as a result.
Additionally, the presence of increased security activity should not be alarming to residents.
