Guam - Foul play has been ruled out in the death of a 51-year-old man who was found dead in Agana Heights on Saturday. Medical Examiner Dr. Aurelio Espinola conducted an autopsy this afternoon, identifying the man as Alvin Gutierrez and determining that he died from natural causes.
Agana Heights Mayor Paul McDonald has known Gutierrez since he was a child, and says he would often be seen near the bus stop at Nana's Store. "He's always been a kind person, he always comes around to our office to say, 'Hi mayor, how you doing?' and he'd ask me if I'd need help and what can he do for us. But he's always been a really kind person."
