Palacios hopes to complete Lada Estates

Guam - Senator Adolpho Palacios has introduced Bill 347, which hopes to finally get the Lada Estates affordable housing project completed. The project has been stalled for several eyras as a result of litigation between Maeda Pacific and the Guam Housing Corporation.

Maeda filed suit against the GHC and the government for $10 million after it had never been paid for the work it completed, laying the subdivision's foundation.
