Guam - A hearing was held before Superior Court Judge Michael Bordallo this morning in local Attorney David Lujan's civil suit against Girardi Keese, Attorney Graham Lippsmith, Roger Slater, Grant Thornton and the Junior Larry Hillbroom trust.  The hearing was sealed or not made public so details about what was discussed have not been disclosed.

Lujan filed a defamation suit against the California law firm and others.  Girardi Keese represents Junior Larry Hillbroom, the son of former DHL owner Larry Hillbloom, who contends Lujan and others received millions more through retainer fees than he claimed he knew about.
