Guam - The Civil Service Commission's board of directors is expected to sign a decision in Troy Morrison's grievance against the Guam Police Department.  The former police officer was terminated after he was arrested on assault and family violence charges.

Morrison filed a grievance alleging management failed to serve the adverse action within the 60 days that are provided for.

The CSC denied his motion to dismiss his termination and will proceed with a hearing on the merits.  That hearing has not yet been scheduled.
