Synergy Studios offering Intensati workshop

Guam - Synergy Studios this weekend will offer a special one-day class featuring Intensati, which is a revolutionary high-energy cardio workout. The method of training is based on the teaching of mindfulness, positive psychology and law of attraction.

Synergy Studios owner Clare Calvo told KUAM News, "You'll have your regular aerobics moves along with yoga and martial arts, and what's so special about this class is that it's a fusion of all of that but set with intentions,"

If you're interested in attending the class, Synergy members are free and it'll be $10 for non-members. The class begins at 10:15 on Saturday morning. For more information, call Synergy Studios at 472-YOGA (9642).
