White House council official coming to Guam

Guam - Speaker Judi Won Pat's office confirmed that Chairwoman Nancy Sutley of the White House Council on Environmental Quality will be leading a delegation of federal officials to Guam next week. Officials from DOD, DOI, USDA, and EPA are expected to be joining the delegation and will meet with lawmakers while on island.
