Guam - The Guam Election Commission is putting the final touches for this week's March 20 special election. Agency Executive Director John Blas says he will be conducting the final precinct official seminar tomorrow evening. He adds that the final documents are being prepared as it will be transferred to the various polling sites early Saturday morning.

Blas says that in-office early voting will also continue this week, explaining, "The election commission will accommodate early voters from 8am until 6pm Monday through Friday. This Friday will be the last day for ay voter to take advantage of the early voting."

Meanwhile, candidate applications are available for pick-up for this year's Decision 2010 Primary Election. So far, Joseph Nededog Salas and Agustin Quintanilla picked up a packet for the Agat vice-mayoral race, and Tina Muna Barnes and Joe San Agustin picked up a packet for the senatorial race.
