Frank Mesa trial continues

Guam - Day Two of the trial of retired assistant fire chief Frank Mesa continued in the Superior Court of Guam today.  The government questioned officials who took the witness stand on TSA timesheets and labor reports signed by Mesa.  He pleaded not guilty to charges accusing him of bilking the government out of tens of thousands of dollars and labor. 

Several years ago KUAM news conducted an investigation and found that Mesa was signing timesheets indicating he was working at the Guam Fire Department when he in fact was working for the Transportation Security Administration but still receiving two
