Guam - The criminal portion of an investigation into Police Chief Paul Suba's highspeed pursuit is completed. The Internal Affairs investigation to determine if department procedures were violated should be completed by the end of the week. Airport Police Chief Bob Camacho says the reports on the traffic investigation and interviews have been submitted to the Attorney General's Office, to determine whether there's probable cause to believe a crime was committed.

"I can't speculate on that," said Camacho, "but I can say that all the factor of the incident were in the report and some of the recommendations of the traffic and whether certain things transpired during the incident were in the report."

Homeland Security Adviser and Acting Deputy Police Chief Frank Ishizaki expects the internal investigation to be wrapped up by the end of the week.  He will submit the findings to the governor to decide what action should be taken.
