Guam - Senator Ben Pangelinan wants answers from Chamorro Land Trust Commission board chairperson Oscar Calvo on why a company called Guam Rocks was given the authority to conduct surveying on CLTC property, despite providing assurances that a moratorium on new commercial leases would be in place until rules and regulations are approved. The company is managed by the governor's former chief of staff, Tony Sanchez.
Pangelinan says this kind of deception is unacceptable, calling for a legislative inquiry round table for tomorrow morning with the CLTC to get some answers.
The meeting is scheduled for 9 in the morning.
