Guam - The final leg of the investigation regarding Guam Police Chief Paul Suba's highspeed chase is on its way to the Attorney General's Office. Airport Police Chief Bob Camacho says the traffic report is being finalized, as all interviews have been completed.

While he couldn't release many details, Camacho says the investigation will determine how many times Suba's vehicle collided with the other car and what damages were sustained. He adds that their review gives the AG g several options of how to handle the case.

"They've got to look at the intent if a crime was committed," Camacho told KUAM News, "and I guess they have to look at all the different elements of the crime as to whether or not it satisfies a probable cause for an arrest."
