Guam - High school students from around the island gathered today for Youth Speak 2010, a one-day workshop on the military buildup.  The event, organized by the Guam Coastal Management Program, focused on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement, how to read it and understand it, and how to provide meaningful comments.

Coastal Management Program Administer Vangie Lujan told KUAM News, "I think this is a great opportunity for our youth who will be inheriting the decisions of this buildup and will be the community members to know that their voices are heard."
