Guam - Chairman of the Committee on Health and Human Services, Senator Frank Aguon, Jr. Will be holding a roundtable discussion with the Guam Memorial Hospital, the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse, Public Health, and DISID this Thursday. The topic up for discussion is the impact the military buildup will have on our community's health and the delivery of health services.

The senator said of the intentions of the meeting, "First, what their evaluation is in terms of what their requirements are with regards to the military buildup and how we can quantify that into real dollars; because we need to understand what the military impact will be as it applies to Guam and as it applies to this particular issue."

The roundtable discussion is scheduled for this Thursday at 9 in the morning.
