Guam - Catholic Social Services today honored local business and individual donors who have contributed tremendously to the non-profit organization. Cerila Rapadas, the Executive Director of CSS, told KUAM News, "We want to honor the donors that have been giving and donating to us for thirty years. This is thirty years of service.
"We started as a small group and now we are here already and we have a building for homeless clients to service the homeless clients. We have done quite a bit in thirty years and we are proud of it."
