Guam - President Barack Obama delivered his State of the Union Address today, saying America must answer history's call as the nation is being tested.  Obama said the worst of the storm has passed when he referred to the economy.

The president announced the launching of a national export initiative to help farmers and small businesses and support 2 million jobs across the nation.  Obama also proposed nearly doubling the child care tax credit for middle class families.

While he stressed that there will be difficult days ahead referring to the challenges in Afghanistan, Obama said he's confident the U.S. will succeed. The president also said he would work with Congress and the military to repeal the law that denies gay Americans the right to serve the country.

The president's address will also be rebroadcast tonight on KUAM-TV8 at 8pm.
