New Year's weekend saw several arrests

Guam - It was a busy holiday weekend for local police, who rounded up 40 people for a variety of crimes.  10 individuals were arrested for driving under the influence, while another 15 people were arrested for public drunkenness.

There were also more than a dozen assault arrests and 8 family violence and 8 riot reports.
