Guam - Three Guam Waterworks Authority employees tested positive for drugs during random drug testing last month.  Department of Administration Human Resources Administrator Cecilia Martinez says the latest testing marked the second offense for two of the GWA workers, while this was the other employee's first offense.

GWA Spokesperson Heidi Ballendorf says the agency cannot release the names of those who tested positive, but she confirms that the employees were transferred to different divisions within the agency.

Ballendorf adds notices of proposed adverse action will be issued for the second time offenders who will be terminated.
