Guam - Two police officers remain on administrative leave after they struck a pedestrian while patrolling Marine Corps Drive Saturday night. Officers Donnie Pangelinan and Gerard Perez were in a patrol vehicle when they struck a woman, who police believe is homeless, near the Kmart intersection.
Chief Paul Suba says the two officers were determined not to be under the influence of alcohol and they will be undergoing drug testing this week. Police are working with the Korean Consul General's Office to locate the woman's family.
